Our Automation & Artificial Intelligence team supports leading organisations in navigating complex transformation programmes. We are currently seeking motivated consultants specialising in AI governance, with a strong background in information security, compliance or risk management.
In this role, you will leverage your expertise across these domains, combined with a solid understanding of and practical experience working with IT systems—including artificial intelligence—within a professional environment. You will play a key role in designing and implementing governance frameworks, policies and risk management systems, supporting clients in strengthening compliance, managing risk and establishing robust, future-ready operating models.
Your responsibilities
- Design and implementing AI governance strategies and policies
- Advise clients on best practices in AI governance
- Conduct risk analyses and assessments related to the use of AI
- Collaborate with technical teams to support the implementation of AI solutions
- Contribute to the ongoing development of the AI governance practice
- Deliver training sessions and workshops on AI governance

Your profile
- Degree in a business, legal or technical discipline
- At least 3 years of experience in management consulting or in an in-house role with a focus on governance-related topics
- Proven track record in designing or implementing governance frameworks, ideally within non-financial risk with a strong link to IT
- Strong technical understanding or affinity for IT-related topics and challenges
- Professional and confident presence
- Willingness to travel
