Our Automation & Artificial Intelligence team supports leading organisations in navigating complex transformation programmes. We are currently seeking motivated consultants with a strong background in IT governance, information security, business continuity management, operational resilience or risk management.
In this role, you will leverage your expertise across these domains, combined with a solid understanding of and practical experience in applying artificial intelligence within a professional environment. You will play a key role in designing and implementing governance frameworks, policies and risk management systems, supporting clients in strengthening resilience and establishing robust, future-ready operating models.
Your responsibilities
- Design and implement strategies and governance frameworks across IT governance, information security and operational resilience
- Advise clients on industry best practices
- Conduct risk analyses and assessments
- Collaborate closely with technical teams
- Contribute to the ongoing development of the practice area
- Deliver training sessions and workshops

Your profile
- Degree in a business, legal or technical discipline
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in management consulting or in an in-house role with a focus on governance-related topics
- Proven track record in designing and implementing governance frameworks, ideally within risk management and IT (e.g. MaRisk, DORA, NIS2, ISO 27001)
- Strong technical understanding of, or affinity for, IT-related topics and challenges
- Professional and confident presence
- Willingness to travel
